A prolific, and early ripening black grape bred in Germany to add body to flavourless red wines, but also has the added bonus of making an attractive garden plant with excellent autumn leaf colour.
Produces good sized grapes which ripen well and have one of the best flavours in the UK, when used for dessert, making wine or juice.
An easy to maintain variety as the bunches appear self thinning, on plants of medium vigour and have very good disease resistance.
Ready to harvest from mid October.
